Our Smeg Customer Service Centre will resume operations from 2 June 2020. Smeg Gallery will remain temporarily closed until further notice, in line with the Circuit Breaker Safe Reopening measures.
Sales of Smeg appliances:
During this period, smegshop.sg remains open for you 24/7 to shop from the comfort of your homes and have your purchases delivered to your doorstep.

Smeg Customer Service Centre:
Our customer service hotline will remain operational, 10.30am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays (closed on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays). Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com or +65 6950 0910. During this period, please note that there will be no walk-in service requests at the service centre.
To comply with the Circuit Breaker workplace safe-distancing measures, our customer service team will operate staggered hours with essential staff only. With these measures in place, customers may experience a longer than usual wait-time on our service line. Please expect a slight delay in the processing of our service appointment during this period. The health and well-being of our customers and staffs are our priority. Rest assured we will do our utmost to minimise the disruptions and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
From 2 June 2020, Smeg Customer Service Centre will resume operations, 9.30am to 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays (closed on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays).
Smeg Shop order processing and delivery times:
We are working closely with our logistic partner to ensure that the delivery process is smooth and safe. You may refer to our delivery information. Due to Circuit Breaker measures, we are experiencing higher than usual volumes of orders and deliveries. Please expect that there may be some slight delays in delivery and we may require an additional one or two business days to process your orders.
However, rest assured that our team is trying our utmost to fulfil all orders and will be in touch with you upon confirmation of your order as soon as we can.
