1. Smeg Shop Online Store Warranty

For this simply register your product on our Smeg Singapore Website (www.smeg.sg) or Smeg Shop (www.smegshop.sg) and keep your invoice as a proof of purchase.

2. Payment Methods

You may use Singapore issued VISA, Master Card debit/ credit cards and all other major credit cards for payment in the Smeg Shop Online Store. We take payment safety very seriously and your credit card details will be handled with the highest security.

3. Delivery Information

We have set up a delivery service especially for you, so that your items are delivered within a schedule which best fits your requirements.

Our standard delivery time usually takes 3 working days.

4. Where can I see the order status?

As soon as you have finalized your purchase in the Smeg Shop Online Store, you will receive an automated E-Mail with your complete purchase information. If the status of your item is confirmed, our delivery agent shall contact you shortly by phone for delivery arrangements.

5. Cancellation and Returns Information

We are pleased each time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel your order.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items at any time before delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you.

An administrative fee may be imposed by us for cancellation of contract after delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you.

You have the right to return any item within three (3) days after delivery to you, provided that the terms and conditions relating to returns have been satisfied and subject to an administrative fee to be borne by you.
