Cancellation and Return Policy
1. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of S$25 or 5% of the value of the product (whichever is higher).
2. A Cancellation Request may be submitted either by phone through our Sales Hotline 6950 0900 or Sales Email at email@example.com before delivery arrangement is confirmed with the purchaser. Once a delivery arrangement has been made, no cancellation is allowed.
3. When a Cancellation Request has been accepted, we will send a Cancellation Confirmation by email. Thereafter we will make a refund of your payment (less the applicable administrative fee) within 30 to 60 days.
4. If a Cancellation Request is not accepted on these terms, the product may still be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
1. A product may be returned at any time within 3 working days from the day the product is delivered, subject to an administrative fee of S$25 per item for small domestic appliances and $200 per item for major domestic appliances. All electronic spare parts for all modules are strictly non-returnable.
2. All products must be in the original packaging (including Smeg barcodes), unopened (including carton box), unused, and in a re-saleable condition. We are at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and / or used.
3. Returns of small domestic appliances (e.g. hand blenders, juicers, kettles, toasters and accessories, etc.) shall be accepted only at our Customer Service Centre with original proof of purchase from Smeg Singapore or authorized retailers in Singapore.

Alternatively, you may request that we collect the product from you, in which case, an additional transportation fee of $50 (per item) for small domestic appliances and $150 (per item) for major domestic appliances shall apply. Payment has to be in advance.
4. For all returns of appliances, please submit your request either through our Customer Service Hotline 6950 0910 or Service Email at firstname.lastname@example.org
5. When a Return Request has been accepted, we will make a refund of your payment (less the administrative and transportation fee if applicable) within 30 to 60 days.
6. The terms and conditions of our standard warranty shall apply where applicable.
