Delivery Information
Thank you for your interest in our products and services. We are constantly striving to make your purchase experience as seamless as possible - we have set up a delivery service especially for you, so that your item(s) are delivered within a schedule which best suits your requirements (depending on availability). Information on our delivery procedures and the terms and conditions of delivery shall be set out as follows.
Kindly take note that we only ship locally within Singapore, and do not offer international shipping.
Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days for Major Domestic Appliances (example, refrigerators, ovens and washing machines) |

Smeg Singapore delivery times are intended to be estimates only. We shall endeavour to meet your preferred times, subject to the availability of the schedule of our delivery agents.
All orders placed between 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, will be processed on the same day or the next business day.
All orders placed after the end of the business day (after 6pm) will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Your orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the day that your order has been processed.
We shall upon confirmation of your purchase order contact you for delivery arrangements. You may cancel your purchase order before delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you, subject to an administrative fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further information;
Please contact us immediately in the event of requests for changes to delivery dates. We shall endeavour to meet your preferred times, subject to the availability of the schedule of our delivery agents;
Re-delivery shall be attempted for no more than one (1) time for a single purchase over a period not exceeding seven (7) business days, however charges may apply on the third delivery attempt.
We shall, in the event of failure to accept delivery on your part, require you to collect the item(s) purchased within 60 days (limited to small domestic appliances and accessories only) directly from our designated premises at our Service Center located at:

Failure to receive delivery or collect the item(s) purchased within 60 days shall compel us to void your purchase and we shall in that event cancel your purchase order and refund the purchase price after deductions for our administrative charges (at S$25 or 5% of the total value of your purchase, whichever shall be the higher);
You shall, upon receipt of delivery of the item(s) purchased, conduct a visual inspection of the same to ensure that you shall have received the item(s) as purchased. Please contact us immediately in the event of any discrepancy;
Delivery shall not include installation of the following items purchased:
- small appliances;
- built-in appliances;
- appliances with direct wire connections;
- and cooking range of appliances (including hoods, hobs and ovens).
For the purposes of clarification and avoidance of doubt, installations at point of delivery shall be limited to basic set up of appliances (excluding the appliances referred to hereinabove) which includes stacking and plug-ins of washing machines, dryers and dishwashers.

We will not be able to do deliveries in areas with security restrictions such as Army Camps, immigration areas within Changi Airport and some off-shore islands. You will be contacted by our delivery provider in the event such a situation arises.
