Botticelli Specialty is the new espresso coffee machine for the home-barista enthusiast, who wants delicious espresso like those served in coffee bars. This dual boiler machine, with “BPPC” system (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control), is equipped with competition shower screen and filters on the brewgroup. During the coffee brewing, the water pressure on the coffee puck can be adjusted with the “BPPC” mechanism, obtaining the best result in the cup with every variety of coffee beans.

The pressure profile can be controlled real-time with the gauge fit on the brew-group. There is also better thermostability of the independent coffee boiler, controlled by PID system, and higher steam and hot water performances, with the independent boiler controlled by PID system as well.
