- 250g penne pasta, uncooked
- Secondary ingredients: 500g concentrated pasta sauce of your choice, 250g water; 300g minced beef; 250g mozzarella cheese
- Seasonings of your choice
Method
- Combine your pasta, secondary ingredients, and seasonings and mix well before sprinkling the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Select the Multistep function, and follow the following specific process
- Select the Fan-Assisted Steam option – to boil and cook the raw pasta, while also pre-cooking the other ingredients Desired temperature: 160ºC Steam level: 40% Cooking duration: 20 minutes
- Select the Fan-Assisted Microwave option – to speed up and finish cooking the whole dish Desired temperature: 160ºC Power: 400W Cooking duration: 5 minutes
- Select the Traditional Grill option – to brown the cheese Desired temperature: 250ºC Cooking duration: 5 minutes
