Baked Pasta in 30 Minutes with Galileo Oven

  • 250g penne pasta, uncooked
  • Secondary ingredients: 500g concentrated pasta sauce of your choice, 250g water; 300g minced beef; 250g mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings of your choice


  1. Combine your pasta, secondary ingredients, and seasonings and mix well before sprinkling the mozzarella cheese on top.
  2. Select the Multistep function, and follow the following specific process
  3. Select the Fan-Assisted Steam option – to boil and cook the raw pasta, while also pre-cooking the other ingredients Desired temperature: 160ºC Steam level: 40% Cooking duration: 20 minutes
  4. Select the Fan-Assisted Microwave option – to speed up and finish cooking the whole dish Desired temperature: 160ºC Power: 400W Cooking duration: 5 minutes
  5. Select the Traditional Grill option – to brown the cheese Desired temperature: 250ºC Cooking duration: 5 minutes
