Roast Chicken Under 30 Mins with Galileo Oven
Ingredients
- 1.2kg raw chicken, whole
- Vegetables of your choice (e.g. onion, potatoes, garlic, etc.)
- Seasonings of your choice
Method
- Season your vegetables and chicken
- Select the Multitech cooking function, which you can get to by pressing the Cooking tab > Multitech
- Set up the oven as follows: -- Desired temperature: 240ºC -- Steam level: 40% -- Power level: 300 watts -- Cooking duration: 27 minutes
- Take the chicken out and let it rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
- And voila! One perfectly-roasted chicken, moist on the inside but crisp on the outside – done in half the time you’d take if done traditionally.
